Enema:

Colon Hydrotherapy (enema) is a gentle internal massage and bath using warm, purified water that can help to eliminate stored fecal matter, gas, mucus and toxic substances from the colon.

Steam Bath:

A steam bath is a steam-filled room for the purpose of relaxation and cleansing. It has a long history, going back to Greek and Roman times.

Sauna:

A sauna, or sudatory, is a small room or building designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions, or an establishment with one or more of these facilities. The steam and high heat make the bathers perspire.

Hip Bath:

A sitz bath or hip bath is a bath in which a person sits in water up to the hips. It is used to relieve discomfort and pain in the lower part of the body, for example, due to hemorrhoids (piles), anal fissures, perianal fistulas, rectal surgery, an episiotomy, uterine cramps, inflammatory bowel disease, pilonidal cysts and infections of the bladder, prostate. It works by keeping the affected area clean and increasing the flow of blood to it.
